Water management is crucial and we harvest rain water from the roof of the glasshouses water in order to minimise our reliance on mains water. We also capture and recycle water within the greenhouse.
We operate the latest environmental computer software to control the temperature within the greenhouse and this along with a large buffer tank of hot water allows us to run our heating plant at the most efficient rate and still allows us to have heat available when we need it.
We work with a number of accreditation bodies to ensure that we are following best practice in all these areas. We are BOPP Silver Grower and BOPP pack house approved suppliers of ornamental flowering plants. We have also gained the LEAF marque accreditation.
