We have forged many strong links with European growers on specific lines. We have been handling Azaleas from Belgium, through De Bruyn for over 40 years and continue to develop this market to ensure that the UK has access to some of the best quality Azaleas on the market.
These flowering plants are available in two season and are available in the supermarkets from January – April and then from the end September to December. We trade both 12 and 14cm pot Azaleas.
Care Instructions
Temperature:
The ideal temperature is between 17 – 22 °C
Light:
Azaleas like indirect or bright diffused light best.
Water:
Keep the plant evenly moist. Water thoroughly when just the soil is dry to touch. Do not allow the plant to dry out or stand in water.
Feeding:
Helpful Hints:
Azaleas bloom for 3-4 weeks, ensure that you deadhead any faded blooms once they have finished flowering.
